Message about the global pandemic

We here at Forensics U know that your sense of normalcy, lives and competition seasons have been upended by the outbreak of covid-19. As the severity keeps escalating, and more people are affected, it makes us realize how privileged we were to operate in a world in which different schools, individuals, and types of people are able to gather for something as inspiring as speech and debate competition.

Many of the important things we advocate for, care about, and uphold, including social justice, human wellbeing, and helping our fellow humans have confronted us in a very real way. Take time to reach out and care for the fellow humans in your life.

With that being said, we also understand the need to try and regain that sense of normalcy and personal improvement while continuing to learn and grow. For that reason, we will still be posting weekly content to Forensics U. We hope to soon return to a world where virtual tournaments are unnecessary and we can gather together in person, learn together, and compete in this activity we love.
